From concept, we proceed to the various design development phases. These include sketch options, schematic and detail designs.
Throughout this process, we suggest to our clients how to best utilize space, materials and furniture.
We also suggest colour schemes, appliances, upholstery and acoustic recommendations for more comprehensive discussions.
These processes will finally come together as proposal drawings that illustrate the furniture layout, lighting design, colour and material finishes, mechanical and electrical fittings.
As we progress towards the construction phase, we will assist the clients to realize the project through budget, time and resource management.
Aside from interior projects, we can perform building project submission to and approval from the regulatory authorities as licensed architects.
For larger projects, we can work with collaborative partners or consultants in the field of sustainability, environmental design, acoustics and lighting.
With our extensive network of consultants, contractors, builders and craftsmen, we have the experience to manage and execute the projects to completion.
